What is included in the price?
The price includes, room and hotel (at the Riverside Hotel & Casino), ground transportation, and all taxes.
Can I bring my kids?
Minors are allowed if accompanied by an adult. They are not permitted to stay in a room by themselves unless they are 21.Nevada law also prohibits gaming and alcohol to anyone under 21.You must make us aware of any minors travelling at the time of booking. They must stay in a room with an adult.
What information do I need to book a flight?
We will need name, address, telephone numbers, and birth dates of all guests. Credit card information we need card number, type of card, expiration date and on the back of the card the 3 digit CID number located on the signature strip.
Do I have to pay an up-charge if traveling alone?
Yes prices are based on double occupancy anyone traveling single must pay an additional 50.00.
Your ad says prices subject to change, what does that mean?
The prices are limited to seating availability; the hotel may raise the price of the trip as seats are sold. We cannot guarantee the advertised price is available at all times. The price you quoted at the time of booking is what you will be charged, regardless if the price is raised. Prices are not retroactive, to insure the best lowest price book early. Laughlin Tours does not set the price, that is set by the hotel and they control the pricing.
How will this transaction appear on my credit card statement?
All billing goes through the hotel and will appear as ‘The Riverside Hotel & Casino”.
Will I get tickets?
You will receive a confirmation letter from Laughlin Tours, which will act as your E-ticket. You will also receive another confirmation from the hotel that will have most up to date flight times and ticket counter assignment. Always accept the hotel’s flight assignments, as they are the most current. Flight times are subject to change and we advise calling Sun Country or your airport before the flight for any last minute changes.
What amenities does the Riverside Hotel offer?
The hotel has 1400 rooms, 6 different restaurants, a 34-lane bowling alley, a Cineplex with 6 theaters, a kids arcade, race and sports book, poker room, classic car show, Celebrity Theater and numerous lounges. How are the rooms?
The rooms come standard with 2 queen beds. Rooms with king beds are considered the junior executive room and cost an additional 50.00 per stay.
What is the difference between the 2 towers at the Riverside Hotel?
The south tower is the higher of the towers and the most recently built. Both towers have river view rooms. The north tower has a small balcony, which can be walked out on. The south tower does not.
Can I request a river view room?
Yes, you can request a river view room. The hotel will try its best to fill your requests but does not guarantee it (depending on room availability).
How many casinos are there in Laughlin?
There are ten casinos in Laughlin.
Does the hotel have an indoor pool?
No, the hotel offers 2 outdoor swimming pools 1 is located on the 3 floor of the north tower the other on the ground floor by the escalator going to the sports book.
Does the hotel have a non-smoking section?
Yes the casino is divided between smoking and non-smoking areas the south tower casino floor is non-smoking.
Are there any meals provided on this trip?
No meals are in the package; all comps are based on play with your players club card. To see if you qualify for any comps go the “King of Clubs” desk in the lobby of the hotel.
Can 3 people share a room?
Yes you are permitted to have 3 people to a room at the same cost – no discounted price for 3 people.
What is the cancellation policy?
The cancellation policy is governed by the airlines and is as follows:
- 30 days or greater before a flight a $50.00 penalty per person will be charged.
- 15-29 days before a flight ˝ the cost of the package per person will be charged.
- 14 days and under no refund will be issued.
Can I buy Travel insurance?
We do offer Travel insurance through an outside company. World Travel Insurance agent name is Dan Drennen 800-786-5566 ext.3121. They have many policies to choose from.
Am I able to switch my tickets with someone else in case of an emergency?
Yes simply call us and we can switch the tickets to other names, there is a 50.00 per person charge to do this.
Is this a non-stop flight and is there a meal served?
Most flights are non-stop and direct unless otherwise specified. The hotel does provide a small snack consisting of a sandwich on the flight. Alcohol and beverage service is available as well.
What kind of plane will we be flying?
The aircraft is a Boeing 737 jet, which seats 168 people. Seating is in rows of 3/3.On some flights there is a first class available you need to call the airlines for the additional charges.
Can I request special seating on the plane?
All seating is first come first serve and is done the day of the flight at the ticket counter.
Can you put seats on hold for me?
We do not put seats on hold for anyone, payment is expected at the time of booking with credit card.
What are the luggage requirements?
You are allowed 2 pieces of luggage per person, 1 carry-on bag and 1 checked bag. Carryon must be able to fit in an overhead compartment. Checked bag can not exceed 42 lbs.
What is not permitted in a carryon bag?
With they ever changing rules on what and what not is permitted in a carryon bag, we ask you to consult the airlines for the most up-to-date restrictions. Basically any sharp objects of any kind are not permitted in a carry on bag. We also advise any liquid gels to be placed in checked baggage. Alcohol is not permitted in a carry on bag as well. Can I take my golf clubs?
You are allowed to take golf clubs and they do not count as your luggage. Click here for Laughlin, NV golf course information.
Can I take oxygen on the plane?
Oxygen is not permitted on the plane and Sun Country does not allow continuos flow oxygen either.
What if the weather is bad and the flight does not go?
Because the plane flies both back and forth full it is imperative that these planes go out. In the case of bad weather neither the hotel, airlines or Laughlin Tours will be held responsible for delays. Please follow all gate instructions form the gate agents in the event of delays.
In the advent of a weather delay should you decide to leave the airport you are forfeiting your seat. The airlines will do its best to get the flight in the air as soon as weather permits.
Can I get a wheelchair at the hotel?
The hotel does have wheelchairs for its patrons to use simply go to the front desk or bell captains stand.
Are there any motor scooters to rent?
Yes motor scooters are available to rent from the hotel for a daily fee. To reserve a motor scooter we advise calling the hotel and making a reservation. The hotel number is 800-227-3849.
I got a call from the hotel for a discounted trip can you help me with that?
For any comp players getting discounted calls from the hotel, they need to speak with the hotel air program for this call the hotel at 800-227-3849 and ask to be connected with the air program.
My friends got a call for a free trip .Why not me?
Laughlin Tours does not comp anyone; all comped trips are by the hotel and based on your level of play. Consult the hotel air program to see if you qualify.
Can I stay longer?
These flights are charter flights and are date specific. There is no regularly scheduled air into Laughlin outside of Minneapolis.
Are there car rentals in the airport?
Yes there are 3 major car rentals Avis, Hertz & Enterprise. We do not set up car rentals please call the company’s direct.
How far is Laughlin from Las Vegas?
Laughlin is 90 miles south of Las Vegas. Driving Directions from Laughlin, NV to Las Vegas, NV
How far is Laughlin from the Grand Canyon?
Laughlin is 5-5 ˝ hours from the Grand Canyon.
Anything else I should know?
We wish to remind all patrons the airline does have the right to refuse you to board the aircraft if you are unruly or intoxicated. We advise all customers to drink responsibly and to remember the airlines has the right to prevent you from boarding if you are intoxicated or disruptive to the flight.
